At The Change Objective, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help, while also ensuring returns remain fair and sustainable.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or wear.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale
- Promotional or discounted items
- Gift cards or digital products
